Mr. Moreno is a Chicago native, having grown up in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.
He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy. Later, he attended the University of Illinois College of Law and earned his law degree.
Mr. Moreno’s focuses his practice in the areas of Foreclosure Defense, Consumer Bankruptcy Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Defense of Collection Cases, and Defense of Municipal Code Violations.
Mr. Moreno is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, including Federal Courts in Illinois.
